Gavin is a highly experience CFO with over 30 years operating at board level in a diverse range of international companies and small and medium-sized privately-owned businesses. Has held a number of commercial positions beyond the traditional FD role and been closely involved in driving business profitability. He has been responsible for merger and acquisition activities, fundraising and developing and managing banking relationships, as well as new business development, commercial negotiations and supply chain management, HR, and IT.
Gavin recently he led the due diligence process for a successful £10 million investment by British Growth Fund into a dynamic £20 million turnover engineering and manufacturing business and was also responsible for the evaluation of and due diligence for, a £5 million turnover, bolt on acquisition.
